Products provided to Likewize and listed or reported as stolen may be reported to applicable law enforcement agencies, and Customer acknowledges and grants to Likewize the full right and authority to release any Customer contact information provided through Apple Trade In to applicable law enforcement agencies for further investigation and Likewize may take reasonable actions, including utilizing a national lost or stolen goods database, to determine if submitted items were ever reported lost or stolen.
Customer represents and warrants as follows:.Customer use of Apple Trade In is limited to individual consumer submission of two (2) Products within any twelve (12) month period.Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions as stated here, in order to complete a Product trade through Apple Trade In with Likewize.Customer affirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age and is shipping devices from within the United States.By using Apple Trade In, you hereby release Apple and its respective directors, employees and agents from any disputes, claims, demands, and/or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of, or relating to, your use of Likewize Apple Trade In, including, without limitation, incomplete or completed transactions and any claims or disputes between you and Likewize. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Apple Trade In IS BETWEEN YOU AND LIKEWIZE ONLY, AND APPLE IS NOT LIABLE FOR AND DOES NOT WARRANT SUCH SERVICE.
Any and all transactions are solely the responsibility of Likewize and Customer. Apple is not a party in the transaction between Likewize and Apple Trade In Customers. Apple Trade In is provided to Apple customers by Likewize as an independent third party company.“Customer” means the undersigned that is the owner of the Product or has been authorized by the owner of the Product to make decisions on the Product.The Apple Trade In Apple Store Gift Card is not otherwise redeemable except as provided herein. “Apple Store Gift Card” means a credit redeemable pursuant to Apple terms and conditions, which may be altered from time to time.
